My five years as a Arizona Realtor have been spent at Eagle Realty were I hang my hat. (Oops no hat. Scoot my boots.) We are friendly and knowledgable about Real Estate and Arizona.  Our office is low key and makes buying and selling a positive experience.
We are located on Old Highway 66 in the 66 Business Plaza, directly across from the Kingman Police Department.

Foreclosures:
Personally, I have listed and sold many REOs and have become quite adept at it. Eagle Realty carry's a major share of sales and listings in the REO "Foreclosure" market. This market is moving well and still is. Prices are still dropping gradually and sells are climbing.  We have a large stock and access to all the others that are listed.

Land:
We are still the best at land sales. It is my favorite and I excell at it. Our office is known for our experience and ability in the land market.  We have 4/4's and love the country.

Fair Market:
Eagle does  fair market "private" sales also.  There are not  so many of these in today's market because of the low REO prices. they tend to be very clean and in nice shape when available.




Why  Arizona is a interesting Unique State





Arizona is a wonderful State and has something for everyone.
Mohave County has a wide variety of land types. 
The picture above is of the Big Sandy River one of our Arizona rivers that would be considered a stream in most areas.  These riparian areas are nice for small children and nature lovers. 
In the Hualapai Mountains we have Pinion Pine trees. This makes it a nice place to have cool picnics and hikes in the summer months. 
Mohave County has 1,000 miles of shoreline.  Lakes Mead, Lake Mohave,  Lake Havasu and the Colorado River. There are many types of  water sports a person  available.  Fishing requires a permit.
There are many indoor pleasure also.  We are close to Laughlin and Las Vegas, NV for all the gambling, eating, and shows a person could desire. 
For cultural entertainment we have Flagstaff, Phoenix, AZ and Las Vegas, NV.  There are many museums and various musical venues.

This was taken just off I-40 at Silver Springs about 35 miles East of Kingman.



This is a desert poppy there are many of them in Golden Valley.  Many of the desert blooms are yellow.
